Exploring Flinders Street Station
Zaac and I were lucky enough to have a look around Flinders Street Station a few weeks ago. What an amazing experience! We have been working with artist Robbie Rowlands on digital projects for a few years now so it was a good chance to get a close up look at him in action and take a few photos. Robbie was working in the old gym as part of the Contemporary Site Investigations Project - www.contemporarysiteinvestigations.com They used to wrestle up there! Robbie’s work is pretty wacky, bascially he cuts things up! Check out www.robbierowlands.com for more info.

I have heard about the old Flinders Street Station Ballroom and seen some old photos and always wanted to visit. It was amazing to see it and imagine what it would have been like in it’s former glory.
We also managed to have a look at the clock tower. We had to climb a few scary ladders to get there but it was well worth it.
It was a great experience exploring Flinders Street Station and we were very privileged to get to see it. Thanks Rob!
