twenty4 started in Moor Street Fitzroy in 1999, then to Brunswick Street Fitzroy, then St. Kilda Road Melbourne and then finally settling in Prahran where we like it best. In that time we have grown into a dynamic communications firm providing website design, graphic design and communication services to a growing list of clients.

We offer a large range of skills in new media and traditional media and make sure our design is effective in every job we take on board, designing for the clients needs and not for ourselves. We are an eager, performance-driven team who provide high quality and comprehensive communication solutions to our clients.

We are a small team but use it to our advantage in the way we get things done, we don’t have administration and management overheads and we work quickly and efficiently. We are cost effective, at the same time producing high quality award winning work.

twenty4 employs talented designers, copywriters, illustrators, programmers, IT consultants and project managers on a contract basis. Over the years of operation we have built up a resource of highly skilled people that work well with the company.

In our twelve years of operation we have worked with companies big and small, across varied areas of new media, including website design, programming, flash development, animation, and character development. Some of the clients we have worked for over the last 10 years include, National Australia Bank, Seek, Telstra, Mecca Cosmetica, ninemsn, Max Factor, BMW, BHP, VicRoads, Covergirl, Birds Australia, Victorian Small Business Commissioner, ESPN, Holden and numerous small to medium enterprises.

We are constantly seeking out and researching new software and trends. We love twitter and social media. We are big fans of open source and regularly work in content management systems such as WordPress (what this site runs on) as well as Joomla and Drupal. We’re not precious about what we use but will choose the right software for the right task. We used to use DotNetNuke but tend to stay away from anything Microsoft these days. For e-commerce we use Magento Ecommerce, an amazing open source shopping cart system which is very quickly becoming the industry standard with open source and enterprise versions available. We can assess situations where clients are spending more money than they need to and can help remedy that.
